Our 1st annual DEFROST DINNER was a huge sucess! The turnout was overwhelming, and Etore and Barbara and the Touch of Venice staff did just a fantastic job. Everyone had a good time and went home with new friends and renewed enthusiasm. Thanks to our Events Committee for pulling this together, what a great start for 2008!

We here would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Southold VOICE for wonderfully congenial time this past Saturday evening. The goodwill that was exchanged by friends, neighbors and Voice members was great to see. With all levels of government overlapping in jurisdictions, the organization needs these types of social events to exchange ideas and build networks. Knowledge is a powerful tool and that was never more in evidence than by hearing John Kramer’s, and Trustee Dave Bergen’s address. We can all share in the success of the results of dredging season just past. But moving forward a more consciously focused effort will help insure similar results.
Again, congratulations and best of luck in 2008 to the Voice!
