Defrost Party January 17, 2009

SoutholdVOICE commandeered the Seafood Barge January 17^th for our private event: the Second Annual deFrost Party.  Bitterly cold outside, but inside warmth prevailed; the restaurant filled with SoutholdVOICE members and guests- the stalwarts of winter.

With a Jazz duo composed of guitar and double bass providing background music for all to enjoy, the party began with hors d’oeuvres and introductory conversation followed by  an enjoyable “Seafood Barge caliber” buffet.  Delicious!   With both winter full-timers and numerous people attending from “up-island” it was a time for meeting new friends and renewing summer friendships.  Simply put, it was another outstanding success.  Once again, it was the place to be and be seen!
