<description>I thought I would update you on the Salt Water Fishing License. Southold Town and Riverhead Town decided to join in on the lawsuit to stop the legisation as written. The State agreed this week to adjourn this case until January 19th at which time the Judge will review any new information. Including letting others join in. With the State not having support from its attorney and more towns joining in, it is looking more like a win for us. Once the Judge excepts Southold Town in the lawsuit, that means the people of Southold Town would not have to get a license to fish in saltwater at this time.
Other legisation has been proposed to have a license that is free and is a life time license. We will keep you informed of the progess.

Thank you for your support and your involvment in this great town of ours.
