Mr. Terry,

Attached is a photo that best shows the silt plume after a rain. The photo was taken Nov 11, 2006.

It seems to me, that whether ag related or not, the largest, most obvious sources should be controlled first before looking to home owners.

It also occurs to me by watching a new home being built on Long Creek that the Trustees required a non-disturbance barrier be constructed to prevent soil runoff into the creek. Yet, the ag runoff illustrated in the attached photo remains the principal and most egregious input to the creek on each significant rain.
