The Town is posting periodic updates for the Comprehensive Master Plan for Southold, also known as Southold 2020. So far, there’s just one Status update from November 16 2010 Update, which is a powerpoint slide presentation, which we’ve converted into the video below, (no audio). This includes a time line for each stage, which runs through to October this year, when the intention is to submit the final draft to the Board and begin the Environmental Review (SEQRA). between now and then, all the public hearings will be taking place, the first last Saturday on the Economic Chapter. The video below gives you a very good grasp of the overall plan and the stage of development of each section.
