Eco-based System Management Report Cover
Around 1pm today, April 8th 2009, Jeff Herter of the Department of State announced that the Governor and Legislature have now received the final report from the New York Ocean and Great Lakes Ecosystem Conservation Council on how best to protect NY’s oceans and lakes through an Ecosystem-based Management program (EBM).
