We’re back!

Much like a car, a website needs regular servicing, and an annual inspection to make sure it’s up to code and doesn’t have any leaks. We took the site down to do just that and at the back end of the site, we gave it a thorough checkup and cleaning, upgrading our software as needed. As a result, the site is now more secure and runs more smoothly, and you can gain access to the information you need more easily and faster than ever before. As always, our website is a work in progress, and there’s always more to do, but you may notice that we have a different home page layout with more content. The new gallery of photos at the top can now be clicked to reach the relevant article and since we can pack so much more into the home page, we’re looking for some more help with keeping the site a useful resource, informative and up to date. You don’t have to be a professional writer or photographer, our volunteer editors can work with you to add the finishing touches to your masterpiece, but this is your VOICE, and we need you to help us to continue to grow.

Do you like what you see, or what would you like to see here? Do you have a local business that provides services to waterfront owners and those who use the waterfront? Would you be interested in writing an article about how your business can help waterfront owners better manage their stewardship? Would you like to advertise your company on our website? If you find interesting articles on the web that you think our members would also be interested in, please send us the links and we’ll post them. Did you know that we have a chat forum as well? You can post new topics in the forum, advertise items for sale, or even ask your government representatives some direct questions there.

Please use the contact form below for general feedback, to make suggestions or to inquire about more information, and if you’re not a member yet, now is a good time to join.
